We are ecstatic to introduce SDS as the latest addition to the Brennan organization. * ### What does this mean for SDS and your business? SDS crews will remain in Rhode Island and will continue to be a go-to resource throughout New England. Brennan will provide continuity for SDS employees and clients, and continue the quality workmanship for which SDS is known. SDS will enable Brennan to establish a strategic location in the New England area, a reputable client list, and a local workforce of experienced marine professionals.   Combining two companies that specialize in marine-based construction, both above and below the waterline allows us to deliver more value, more innovative solutions, and more localized commercial dive services to clients, engineers, partners, and all stakeholders. As the transition will not happen overnight, SDS CEO Nick Tanionos will work closely with us to ensure a seamless transition. Together, we will continue to work towards our mission to create and execute innovative solutions to the world’s most complex maritime, environmental, and infrastructure challenges.    ### Who is Brennan?
