Vinyl sheet piling offers an alternative to underwater concrete forming. Its high-density plastic composition allows for a long-lasting, protective barrier between the water and the structure. Once in place, the sheeting is reinforced with a steel waler system and anchored to the existing structure. Preplaced aggregate concrete is then injected, or self-consolidating concrete is then tremmied behind the sheeting, serving as a permanent form. Once completed, the vinyl sheeting and newly placed concrete creates a tough and aesthetically pleasing barrier to the structure. Several different sheeting types and shapes are available for any application.
