Soil Stabilization - Pressure Grouting
Brennan approaches each soil stabilization project with methods and materials best suited for its specific requirements. Using controlled pressure grouting, the soil is stabilized or consolidated by pressure injecting cement or silicate based grouts into soft areas, fissures or partings in the soil. This increases the bearing capacity by forcing out the infinitesimally
small voids between grains of material. Under normal conditions this often takes months or even years. With localized pressure grouting this consolidation time may be reduced to hours or days.
